Why Be an Artist?
Anyone who knows me knows that I love to do art and creating art is my passion. Creating tutorials showing people how to do that art is also a love of mine.
What Types of Art?
In the arts I complete many different things including digital paintings as well as pencil drawings which is the basis for the digital art. Pencil drawings can be one of the most easiest types of artwork that you do and once you learn how to complete the art you will have no trouble being able to create plenty of works of art. One thing that I see a lot out of people new to the art world is having trouble with drawings of people. Drawing people takes a lot of practice as there is a lot of intricate details in artwork with people. You have to take your time and make sure that your pencil sketches are not rushed and that you practice as much as you can. You cannot just start off your first day and think that you can draw a masterpiece. It takes time with your drawings and painting and the more you practice the better you will get as I did.
Many people ask me and will ask you why do you do art? Art is a way to express yourself and a way to have enjoyment out of life. Sitting down and doing simple pencil drawings can help you to alleviate stress and help you to spend some quality time with yourself. When you draw you can also express how you are feeling that day and how your mood changes within that day or timeframe – that’s one of the reasons that I put the date on every drawing that I have done.
Can You Sell Your Art?
In some cases you may be able to sell your art. You will have to know where to market your art at and how to corner the market with your pencil sketches. Drawings of people and famous places often times are good sellers but even if you do not sell your work you are still doing something for a good cause. You can also donate your drawings to different sites or places to help them with charitable donations or add decorations to a lone room. You can further spread your name and your artwork around by offering to help those who do not know how to draw or do not have an artistic side to them. Helping another person express their self through artwork is amazing and rewarding at the same time.
